I had arranged to view a new truck with Chris Frencl (Internet sales), but unknown to us the truck had been cold the night before (oh well), Chris did an inventory search based on my required specifications and found two (both of which I liked better than the one that was sold). After some hemming and hawing between the two trucks (different colors and some other options) I settled on "THE ONE". The "negotiations" part went very easy as I had a "best" price offer (which was very good) add in a little negotiation on the value of the trade-in and then it came down to the financial paperwork. While it took about 5 hours total from the time we arrived to when we left, I am very happy withthe transaction More
