His attitude and understanding of my needs and wants made me feel at peace. What I admire most about Daniel is his integrity. He didn't try to sell me a car based on my wants, knowing it was out of my budget, but based on my needs. He did such an awesome job that this car was able to fulfill my needs, wants, and budget. Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle, and began the ordeal of filling out paperwork, Daniel never left my side. He was there to answer any and all questions, not once showing any signs of boredom or frustration. He never left to take another client or try to get him another sale. He asked us what kind of car we were interested in (newest Fusion) & he immediately drove us to the lot and gave us remarkable information about pretty much every single Ford Fusion in that lot. He knew exactly how to respond to every single one my husband's questions. (We had a bad experience at Toyota with the sales person giving us stupid answers, not knowing what the heck he was talking about.) So we were grateful for someone very informative as Kevin to help us make a wise decision as to what we wanted. He also gave us his opinion about the car & provided us with cheaper deals...such as the 2014 used Fusion. He let us drive in both the new (2015) and used car to really see the minor differences between the two. In the end, we both knew exactly what we wanted...this engine, with those specific seats and this color, no touch screen, but reverse camera...He took us back to the office & worked his magic, he not only found us a car that met our wants and requirements, we also got a good trade out of our Mustang. We started the whole process from paperwork to waiting for our car to arrive. He made it all happen in less than 3-4 hours on top of all the times my husband forgot his license and phone in the car making him go back and forth..we appreciate his awesome customer service & being so patient with our indecisive selves. All in all, we went home with a brand new 2015 Ford Fusion family car and are so glad we went to Ford and also for Kevin for making it all happen! More
