He continued to help crunch numbers to get me the best deal he could within his power (finance also has a heavy hand in this process). He was very patient, kind, was actively listening to what I wanted out of a vehicle. He did not pressure me into getting all the "bells and whistles" that I didn't want. He and some of the other staff stayed until 11PM to close this deal so that I could walk out of there in a new car. They typically close at 9PM. I would also like to take an opportunity to thank Ted, the Finance Manager at the dealership. Ted was also one of the staff members who stayed well past 9PM in order to help close this deal for me. He didn't crunch some numbers and say "that's the best I can do for you." He stayed and came up with multiple options of what we could do in order to get me the best possible price and financing for me. great experience I live in Pueblo and went to springs to look at a Ford titanium. He didn't try to sell me a car based on my wants, knowing it was out of my budget, but based on my needs. He did such an awesome job that this car was able to fulfill my needs, wants, and budget.
