Our records indicate that the cargo cover is still expected to be received, and we remain committed to providing it as soon as it arrives. We also have a $500 tire credit that is owed to you and will be applied accordingly. Regarding the windshield, our documentation reflects that a replacement windshield was promised; however, it does not specify OEM glass. If you have a copy of the signed We Owe form or any written documentation stating that OEM glass was specifically promised, we would appreciate the opportunity to review it so we can better understand the situation and address your concerns appropriately.
