It was a frustrating and disappointing experience this time, bringing in our Hyundai Santa Fe for its scheduled warranty maintenance. I was in the waiting room the entire time, and they knew this, and the time, bringing in our Hyundai Santa Fe for its scheduled warranty maintenance. I was in the waiting room the entire time, and they knew this, and they knew I was reachable by phone. But during the time of the servicing, they never told me that they found the air filters clogged, which I would’ve approved the replacement and payment for, and when I was escorted back to my car, the service representative said nothing about this. I asked how was the car, and he said it was great. It wasn’t until I got home that I got the message that they apparently tried to contact me about the air filters. I can tell you that no one tried to contact me. Now we will have to make a separate trip to get them serviced, when we could’ve done them at the time. My husband ended up ordering the filters online and we did it ourselves. Anyway, very disappointing that there is no real communication between the maintenance representatives and the customer. You need to do better. More

I admit, I was nervous working with someone new in the service department. Virginia had always taken such good care of me! Ty took good care of me too! He explained to me that Virginia had a job change service department. Virginia had always taken such good care of me! Ty took good care of me too! He explained to me that Virginia had a job change and told me about the new changes the service department had for checking the alignment. So cool! Then, when I had questions about the recommendations, he was a straight shooter. Super appreciated from someone with no car knowledge in spite of all these years of driving. I am relieved to know that I have found another person I can trust with my car service and my car novice. More
It was an interesting process due to my lack of knowledge about EVs however Kira our sales rep was fantastic and was very patient and knowledgeable.
