Phil Long is the Way to Go! I have always been one to keep cars for long periods of time, so the car buying experience doesn't happen often for me. I was somewhat nervous going in to the dealership, and not only that but I was extremely pressed for time, which made me slightly on edge. However, my first encounter with anyone at Phil Long Hyundai was with Nadine, the Internet Manager, and she had the car I was interested in sitting there waiting for me at the front when I got there! I was then turned over to my sales rep Jessica Lamb who was so knowledgeable and helpful that I was completely put at ease and knew I made a great decision going with Hyundai once again, and especially in choosing Phil Long of Chapel Hills. More

Before making final decision I as able to talk to service department and inquire about some posts I have read on forums and get answers to my questions on the spot pertaining to the vehicle I was interested in. They all were very personable and friendly to deal with. I highly recommend them!!!!! More
