I forgot to say Julianne Lucero had a big smile on her face as if i had just bought her the car. She was so happy for me and let me just it was my very first new car purchase and cuz of how comfortable she made me feel and how happy she got for me. Hello. We have just completed an $11 Million Dollar Renovation on our Dealership as of December 2024! We have a new service drive with 2 lanes, no longer 1, and we also have increased our capacity from 7 bays to 22! We also have added 2 new Service Advisors bringing the total to 5. We are unsure of where we went wrong in our communications to our customers about our new Service Department upgrades, however, we truly don't feel the 1 star review is fair! Please call Steve Krohn, the General Manager to discuss in more detail and what we can do to make this better for you.
