I have had very good dealings with Phil Long Hyundai the last couple of years. I haven’t had a single problem with them, its always easy to get an appointment within a couple days. Service has always been good but I would avoid buying a car from here ever again. Even when you get a salesman that genuinely wants to help you, management here only cares about profits. I’ve been offered car from here ever again. Even when you get a salesman that genuinely wants to help you, management here only cares about profits. I’ve been offered multiple deals while car shopping over the last couple months that were clearly a rip off with price and hidden dealer fees. If you educate yourself on the car you’re buying and bring up valid points about the price, managers will come up with every excuse in the book. If you do buy a car from here, beware of the shady pricing. More

Though starting rocky, my visit turned out very well. I got to see multiple cars and found the car I bought. My budget was tough and I did end up going over but the staff I worked with were very flexible I got to see multiple cars and found the car I bought. They assisted me in getting the price more manageable as well as offering many helpful options to help going forward. More
