Went in to buy a used vehicle with cash. Was not told this vehicle had not been inspected so was unable to get a tag for it. Inconvenience since it was Friday evening. This dealership I have nothing but the best things to say about them. They are always super welcoming, they made the process of buying a car so easy. We called ahead and told them the issue to ensure they would have the part in store when we brought the car in since we were traveling. They told us they would have the part by the 26th so to bring the ca would have the part in store when we brought the car in since we were traveling. They told us they would have the part by the 26th so to bring the car in then and they could have the work done in an hour. We brought the car in on the 26th and after an hour they called to confirm the issue was what we said it was and that they would need to order the part and it would be in the following week. We were leaving that day to drive back home but it was extremely frustrating that they told us they would order the part beforehand and would be able to do the work that day to then bring the car in and them not acknowledge the previous conversation and still not have the part. Would not recommend at all, and there were some other issues I didn't love. I've been to multiple Hyundai service centers at this point for different items and this was by far my worst experience. More
