My family and I were extremely pleased with Richards knowledge, patience and professionalism. He showed us all of our options and while doing this he asked all the right questions and made sure we test drove any car that we selected. Scott Husted and Christian the sales managers were very professional and friendly. We were able to work out a deal that made me very happy. Say one thing and then do another. I was so excited that they had the vehile my family had been looking for, granted it was used but it was perfect. We took it for a test drive and poi I was so excited that they had the vehile my family had been looking for, granted it was used but it was perfect. We took it for a test drive and pointed out a few things that needed fixed and we were told thats fine and that they would fix it. The navigation system was one of them. The Sales man came out and fiddled with a few things an ta-da it worked. Believing that it was fixed we proceeded with the sale. When we got home we discovered that the system would not read DVD's or Cd's. When I brought it back I had to fight tooth and nail to get it fixed and it never was. It was replaced with an after market DVD player that doesnt work the same as the original would have. Since I had to fight for the DVD to be installed I come to find out that they (sales) wont pay for my bushing to be replaced even though it was in my contract. On the plus side their service team is great. More
Great service after looking at car at the Chapel hills location, the next day i had received a call from sales person John Parris at Motor City. I told him exactly what i was looking for and arrived at 6pm that evening. This would wind up being the best experience i have ever had at a car dealership. John knew what i wanted and didn't try to sell me anything else. Steve ? The GM was amazing and got me the financing i needed very quickly. Great Job guys! More

Mixed feelings to say the least. The bad: salesman and finance person were both very pushy about giving them perfect ratings stressing how much it affects their pay. Not professional. The car was delivered very clean, yet it smelled so strongly of chemicals that it gave me a headache within minutes. We also agreed on a monthly payment during our negotiations, yet it was not held up at all when I finally made it to finance. The good: the manager at Phil Long hyundai is outstanding. I was always taken care of thru my many many problems I encountered buying this car. He was extremely understanding and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Can't say enough good things about him. The service department is another great thing about Phil Long hyundai. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. Any problems I found with my car within the first few days of owning it, they took care of without arguing one bit. Extremely speedy service as well. I will never buy another vehicle from any Phil Long establishment ever again because of how I was treated at the different places I went to on my car buying experience, but if there is any glimmer of a good thing, it's these two shining stars (the manager and the service department) More
