I had never used Phil Meador before. I was pleased with the selection of cars available. The first car I purchased was a present for my daughter. I felt I got a great deal on the car. She loves it. She is very particular about what she wants. Dustin was very patient as she wanted to try many different cars. We were unable to find a car she wanted on the first visit, but Dustin kept looking for us and on the second try we found a car she loves. I was given a great trade in deal and the financing was easy and very affordable. I would definately go to Phil Meador in the future when I need to purchase another vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and amazingly patient and never made me feel pressured or rushed nor did he give-up on me. But also made sure I knew he was willing to find WHATEVER I WANTED when I was ready. I only communicated through e-mail but he was so fast to respond, it made me feel like I was his only customer. I didn't get that kind of attention when I went to dealership lots! Joe even had my truck delivered to me 150 miles away!! It couldn't have been a more smooth and convenient experience. He communicated product characteristics and their quality clearly, simply, and objectively. 4. He was a pleasant person to deal with. It was clear from Day 1 that Joe wanted to sell me the car I wanted to buy at a price that was fair for all parties. He responded within hours to any contact, via e-mail of phone, that made and answered my questions directly. He is a credit to Phil Meador and a refreshing contrast to other Idaho dealers I contacted in the same way. The other dealerships apparently weren't interested in whether I bought from them or not.
