Today as May 8 2019, I have to change my mind about my first review, I went to Kia dealer for regular maintenance and they did today BUT in my invoice showed #4 item : WASH (vacuum includes) but my car wasn’t clean, I spoke service manager after a call he said WASHER MACHINE WAS BROKEN, I understand I have to paid for that service (if I need it) but why they put it in my invoice like free service if they didn’t? Reason software wasn’t allowed to change it or put a note manager said. Please tell customer what services in the invoice you did for the next time, even if it’s free More
