When it came time after my husband saving for years to purchase his dream truck a black chevy 4x4 crewcab. like everyone u look for best deal. Unfortunately for Phil wright superior beat them by a couple $1000.00. As soon as we purchased our 2018 we was signing amd talking with our salesman at superior that we was ordering new stuff for this truck. Brush guard, mud flaps, running bars, and a 1" level kit in the front only. not the rear. Day after we did this i took to superior for a front wheel alighnment our salesman said thats a badd a#& ride. Every oil change drove from our place on hwy 7 past dover to conway. saying all this to say this, beware people they do not stand behind warranty work. His front axle im not exactly sure what started leaking. mind u it was last march we did this work, the whole time they had done iuk changes. They said the "Lift kit" voided that warranty. There was No lift. Been fighting and crying my eyes out because of the hurt and heart ache in my husbands eyes over his dream truck. He sacrificed and drove a long wheel base 84 chevy for 15 years with no AC to always let me have new because of our child. To be leaking, them wanting to charge us for repair. Well heres the best part. this was nearly 2 mos ago. He was fixing to trade for a new dodge done with chevy. Pulled into Phil Wright Auto Plex of russellville. They looked it over said that isnt a lift we will take care of you. I cried when husband called to say this. Made an appointment, they gave me a new 2020 tahoe. Fixed his truck over nite. Im so done with Superior and want people to be informed they will try to get out of warranty work. Make a trip to Phill Wright Auto Plex and speak with thier salesman vernon. Or any of them. They put people before anything. More
