I am giving 2 stars because each of the salesmen I spoke with were cordial. Other than that, my experience with the used lot was less than spectacular. On Saturday, July 24th, I noticed a 2021 Sierra wit with were cordial. Other than that, my experience with the used lot was less than spectacular. On Saturday, July 24th, I noticed a 2021 Sierra with the Duramax 3.0 that I was interested in. That weekend, I completed the online form to reserve a test drive for Monday evening, July 27th. I received an email confirmation, so I assumed all was well. When I arrived at the dealership Monday evening, a salesman told me the vehicle was gone on an overnight test drive, but it would return the following day. It did not return the following day. In fact, I tried to connect with this vehicle a third time on Wednesday, July 29th, and another salesman told me it was STILL on an overnight test drive, but it would be back the following morning. I will likely not attempt a fourth time, and I hope, at the least, the online sales process will be reviewed. More
