Phil Wright Autoplex - Service Center

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and to troubleshoot a problem. I was told to leave it overnight and pick it up Saturday morning and was assured several times the service advisor would have everything a problem. On Saturday none of the salespeople knew what I was talking about and finally had to call the service advisor to locate my keys. More

On 09/29/2020 I took my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had 0730 AM appointment. Was there by 0715 AM waiting. At 0730 AM was called in for some final paper work to start oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had 0730 AM appointment. Was there by 0715 AM waiting. At 0730 AM was called in for some final paper work to start service appointment. Was there about one hour and they said my vehicle was ready. Had a discount card for this service which I gave employee when I first checked in. Paid cashier and left. Experience was GREAT! Will continue to go back to Phil Wright Autoplex Russellville, AR for my next service visit. More

This is the second time my lug nuts were left less than snug. The first time, I didn’t know about it til I lost one, then found others loose.
