easy, quick, convenient I knew I had bought the service package when I purchased my new truck but I believe the last couple times I paid for my regularly scheduled service. I took my 2018 Silverado into the service department 4 times over the same issue within a year. My leaf springs in the rear continued to sound like a 1960s junker. No thanks! I traded my truck in since the last appointment at the service department and couldn’t be happier! I drove right across the street and done business with a different dealership. We have bought 3 vehicles from Phil Wright but will not make that mistake again. More
