Still waiting.................. Vehicle was dropped Monday morning for repairs. I stopped by Wednesday morning to find vehicle in parking lot. Took mechanic for ride with my opinion of cause. End result: replaced the part I diagnosed. Vehicle sat for two more days for computer tech to troubleshoot. Picked up vehicle late Friday afternoon incomplete repairs. Summary: 5 days to replace a master cylinder that I diagnosed for them; reset of tire sensors noted but not done; balance of concerns remain unaddressed. More

Dropped my vehicle off for an accessory add on at 8am. Didn't get my vehicle back until 2:45 pm. I called to check on it twice was given no answer. I was told during the first call that someone would call me back. 2 hours passed with no answer. I called back and no one could tell me the status of my vehicle again. Finally, I was told that the computer was updating my truck to cause the accessory to work. It took 6 hours and 45 minutes to add fog lamps to a vehicle. This should not have taken so long. Especially with an appointment that was made a week earlier. Too Long! More

Great sales and SERVICE A/C wasn't cooling like it should... can't live with that.. took it in and the parts cost $900, they worked to get it covered under warranty so I got A/C wasn't cooling like it should... can't live with that.. took it in and the parts cost $900, they worked to get it covered under warranty so I got it fixed for free!
