Improving on meeting service schedule Arrived the service department was not busy. Service tech took my keys and the truck was on the rack in 5-10 minutes. Serviced in 30-40 minutes. Service to truck I took my truck in to have it serviced and also to have the flap on the gas cap repaired inasmuch as it wouldn't close. Both of these items were prope I took my truck in to have it serviced and also to have the flap on the gas cap repaired inasmuch as it wouldn't close. Both of these items were properly taken care of. I received a call from the service department and was advised that the air conditioning belt was badly cracked and I told them to replace it. They also advised that the air conditioner needed serviced and I told them to do that. They further advised that the driver's master window switch was not working properly and I requested that they repair that. Next, they advised that there was an exhaust leak but that it only leaked when it was cold and goes away when the engine was warmed up. I advised that since I did not smell any fumes inside that I would not have that repaired. They then advised that I could pick up the truck for a total charge of $846.59. I paid that and was well pleased with the services rendered. However, when I reviewed the bill, I noticed that it had the following notations: "inspected and found flagge at bottom end of y-pipe is damaged, appears to have hit something." In fact, they did tell me that, however, it goes on to say that they recommended "replace compression gasket and advised me that the exhaust bolts may break during service." There was no recommendation made to me that I should replace the compression gasket and they certainly did not advise me that the exhaust bolts may break during service. More

Transmission service message On April 19 I had a transmission service message on my Buick Lacrosse. I called the dealership, talked with the service manager and was told to bring On April 19 I had a transmission service message on my Buick Lacrosse. I called the dealership, talked with the service manager and was told to bring the car in. I did within the hour. They took my car, checked the message and several other generic messages from Buick. They were finished in a little over an hour, complete with further instructions. The staff were friendly, informative, and professional. More
