Totally and utterly disgusted that it'll take 2 hrs to get my oil changed after making an appointment arrived on time. with no one coming to inform me of any issues of any kind. So now here it is I see the 4th car leaving that got there after my car I go to see what's the issue no one seems to know then all of a sudden oh we had a hard time taking off the under cover oh really! well at this point I'm not believing that or anything just bring my car out so I can go only then to be told thanks for the patience. Are you kidding me! So needless to say I'll never bring any vehicle back to this place! More
