After calling ahead to schedule recall work this dealership told me they have the parts and to just come any day at any time to have the work done. The day I selected was 5 days later and after acce dealership told me they have the parts and to just come any day at any time to have the work done. My car needed the engine replaced it is not a car they sell but I have taken different cars there with very good service , I trust them at Phillips in Fruitland Park and have never been disappointed. Stephen was professional, friendly, and helpful. He came to us as soon as we parked, before we even got out of our car. He introduced himself and asked what he could do for us. He told us to bring the car back to get it detailed because the service crew had all gone home. We never did this as we have been swamped with doctor's appointments. One problem that I didn't notice until a few days after we had come home with the car was that the map/letter slot that would be on the passenger side of the console is missing. I went to put mail in where it should have been and nothing was there. Only a few holes are where it should be. I know it is a used car, but I would expect that another "used" one would have been put there. At the very least, someone should have called our attention to the fact that it was missing. As for financing, I did not understand that I would be charged $90 to make a down payment using my credit card. I could have written a check, but I would have had to go home for my checkbook. I suppose this is my fault as I did not ask enough questions after having been there for hours. All in all, the experience was a positive one for us. More

The dealership had no hidden fees with a Low dealer fee. They also corrected an issue with the vehicle. I bought knowing that I did not purchase it warranty. I’m very thankful for graciousness.
