When I called to make the appointment I asked several specific questions about the problem and repair. Everything that person told was wrong. When I arrived Kylie could not find an appointment for me even though the first person I spoke to did. I had been told that the part was in stock and the repair would take a couple of hours. After waiting 3 hours I got the car back unrepaired told to wait for a call when they got the parts in. Then I had to leave the car for the whole day. Then you charged me an extra $25 to pay by credit card which I found out at the cashier. I would gladly have written a check if I had been informed about that charge in advance. It appears that the car is fixed which is the only reason I gave you a 2. More
