I traded in my 2023 GMC Terrain for a 2024 Terrain Phillip GMC and to Cesar Gonzales for taking care of us as Mark Bonner was with another customer. I traded in my 2023 GMC Terrain for a 2024 Terrain SLT . My husband and I are so very pleased with how Cesar and everyone treated us and so very happy with the new car. Bought a truck from Phillips Buick GMC and they claim that all of their pre owned vehicles go through a very detailed inspection, however after I purchased the vehicle it has given nothing but problems a that all of their pre owned vehicles go through a very detailed inspection, however after I purchased the vehicle it has given nothing but problems and has had to have the transmission replaced and now the engine, before I even knew the vehicle had mechanical failures I recommended a friend to the Phillips Chrysler Jeep dodge ram dealer and they bought a pre owned Jeep claimed to have gone through the same inspection and he is experiencing mechanical failures as well. Neither dealership is taking accountability for selling lemons and there’s nothing that can be done. Do not believe anything that they tell you! More
