This dealership doesn’t necessarily use the appointment scheduler but treats the clients on a first come first serve basis. My service was around the holidays and I understand that is a busy time but the a scheduler but treats the clients on a first come first serve basis. My service was around the holidays and I understand that is a busy time but the advisor wasn’t very “present” for my questions. The staff was professional though. Due to our RV travels, we have been to ~15 GMC dealerships in the country and the cost here was higher than normal. More

Great service for a small problem that I thought was bigger than it was. Under warranty too! They even had someone (Rick) to take me home and then pick me up when my car was ready. This was my 1st visit. Did not know the process or procedures. Sat in waiting room over 4 hours, watching people come and go.
