The repair took a week which was explained in advance. One day after the check engine light came on. I called to get in touch with Zach which took multiple times and when we finally connected he seemed di One day after the check engine light came on. And getting this set up to get checked out he said that it couldn't be scheduled for over a week. I am in the waiting time now. I'm not assuming that the engine light was a cause from the extensive repair, but if a substantial amount of money was spent , I believe that getting it corrected or checked out should have more priority than being told that the next available scheduled time is more than a week out. More
Have a 22 terrain that’s having fuel pump problems. However, the recall only pertains to the fuel pump module. I’ve had to replace the car has left me stranded a couple times. They handled the problem amazingly, whereas Phillips did not want to even do it without having money in hand. They didn’t even wanna try to work with me. I thought that was rude considering it’s the second vehicle that I bought from Phillips. I will not be going back there again unless it’s to get my oil changed and that’s only because I have the maintenance plan included with my previous purchase that I’m going to use up. Now is my car fixed. No it is not fixed. I’m still having fuel pump problems or something is wrong with the fuel system and we haven’t quite figured out yet. But again, Phillips Buick Pontiac GMC decided they weren’t gonna help me with it unless I paid them a lot of money to do it. More

Customer service from the service drive to delivery of our vehicle was first rate. The service advisors were friendly and responsive and their techs did their best to diagnose the issue -- but weren't abl our vehicle was first rate. The service advisors were friendly and responsive and their techs did their best to diagnose the issue -- but weren't able to. We drove from Fruitland Park to Palmetto and while in Palmetto the part went out so we then knew for sure what the problem was; the generator. We then had it replaced at Cox Chevrolet in Bradenton and we're good to go. Conclusion: 5 stars for Zack, Jim, and Kiley; their help was much appreciated!! More

Bought a Ford Escort on a Friday. Sent on my way with 1/8 tank gas. Didn’t like car, returned on Saturday. Traded it in on a Buick Encore. Owned it for 2 days & the battery was dead. The next day I get a call from the dealership and wanted to know about my experience, and got my hopes up by telling me that the truck still looked like it was available and the keys were still there. She was so nice and looked into the situation. She called me back and stated the truck had been sold internally, now I know why he didn’t want to sell it to me, very unprofessional, I have bought numerous cars of Phillips and very disappointed More
