I purchased a used Hyundai from this dealership back in 2023 and I have been nothing with pleased with my purchase. I canceled my extended warranty early and there were no issues with that at all. We had a rattle in the dashboard area, and it was getting worse. We stopped at the dealership to have the oil changed. We pulled into the service area, and Zach approached us. He went for a drive with me, and determined where the rattle was coming from. We also wanted to get a oil change, and he mentioned that we were just about ready for tire rotation. He said they would look at the area of the rattle, and also have the other work performed. He said since it was lunch time, it would be 2-3 hours, and we said we would wait. A part for the rattling area will be ordered and we will get a call when to return the car. The oil change and tire rotation was handled. More
