My daughter and I stopped by just to check out used trucks in our price range and met Cat and she asked us why a truck and it was because we needed to pull a trailer. Zach in the Service Department was friendly and efficient. He got me checked in within a few minutes and had my vehicle over to the service center within 5 minutes. I was able to converse with my master technician, Brian Parrish, without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable and friendly people I've ever met. He was able to diagnose and resolve my issue within a half an hour. This establishment should win awards for customer service and professionalism. The technical knowledge is unparalleled. Kudos to the HR department and upper management for gaining the employment of these two individuals I had the pleasure of doing business with. Both of these gentleman deserve promotions. I hope that this review makes it's way to the powers that be. GM service and quality go hand in hand. This is why I'll always and forever be a GM man. More
