The finance guy was great but that's all I can say. I had issues with the truck same day I took delivery and the salesman was going to help me with the issue and never called me back. Called another dealer to get the answers on how to fix it. Spending 85+ on a vehicle I would think the experience with the dealership would have been much better. More

Just bought my second truck from this dealership and both times it was a pleasure. Car shopping is one of least favorite things to do but Ken Busby actually makes it a pleasure. We drove about an hour to pick up a used MKX and Bam was fantastic. While we were there we ended up trading in my wife’s vehicle for Pilot. Again, Bam was very helpful with this purchase.
