Zack always follows up but he struggles with direct interaction at dealership. Super easy to talk to on phone but even after spending $1000+ on this visit, he stayed behind his desk and referred me to interaction at dealership. Yes but I felt like we did not get treated properly we assumed we had a warrant on our vehicle but it was not explained to us about the mileage and we came again and 1 of the employees led us wrong so we assumed we had a warrant on our vehicle but it was not explained to us about the mileage and we came again and 1 of the employees led us wrong so we ended up paying out of pocket and we're still having issues with the vehicle. I received a birthday wish from Buzz - we bought 3 vehicles from him in the past. Although we didn’t need a new truck we started really considering when I received the birthday wish. Daniel was great to work with! He sent me pictures of the underside of the car before I was sure we were going to consider buying it.
