Zack was great but GMC can't supply an engine for my truck, and knowing they have a problem with 7 cam lobe, GM C knowing they have a problem should pickup some of the cost of the engine replacement. I've have had Cadillac and had all kind of engine problems. Sorry to say I will never purchase another chevy gmc or cadillac's ever again. More

Had a problem with the fan continuing to run after car was shut off. Got us in the next day, could not get the problem to repeat, nothing showed up on the computer log. The dealer waved the diagnostic cha was shut off. Got us in the next day, could not get the problem to repeat, nothing showed up on the computer log. The issues we had with our 2014 Sonic were addressed as were requested by us. We believe the service department should examine all vehicles that are traded in, than just changing oil, topping off fluids were requested by us. All aspects of a vehicle should not have to returned for issues that could have been avoided. More
