I had no intention of actually buying a vehicle that night, only to look. Jaime was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful I was actually enjoying myself. We had the usual spar over the price, but once it was settled I met more members of the team at Phillips. The finance person (sorry, don't recall the name) was also friendly and helpful. In fact, my interest rate kept dropping the more we spoke. Since the purchase, I had to bring it back for a warranty repair and some routine service. The service was done perfectly and with my use of a free loaner so there was no inconvenience. Since then there has been followup from both the dealership and Jaime. I love my Equinox. It's definitely one of the best vehicles, maybe THE best, I've ever owned. And I would certainly go back to Phillips again. I've never had an auto dealer take such interest in me or had such followup and kept in contact with me to make certain I was completely satisfied. More

Even though my 2008 Dodge Caliber didn't have any equity because of the previous car dealersh customer service and the friendship between Rami and I.
