- Dan TrofimchukIn very pleased with this dealership. Please with everything from the salesman, Steve Sorenson, to the people who greet you at the service dept, to the mechanic and the Porter's. Look, I don't write reviews and usually don't care, but there's just something about this place that makes me not only write a review, but also to now become a new life member. I will be buying a new vehicle from this place! That's how happy I am. It's the little things that count, and this dealership knows what those little things are and take care of them! Very happy!

- bmaciasAfter buying 2 cars there and having several issues with Traverse, timing chain, throttle and timing chain again...only to find out needs engine with a cost of about 10k and still paying for it is really upsetting. Inspection was 150 and you would think it would be waived...50 was all they would do. Planet Toyota thanks you for a very nice sale. If you look up review on Traverse many owners are having the same issue. Do not buy a Traverse, do you homework and don’t learn the hard way.

Arrived for emergency service on my 2004 Chevy Blazer. I was approached by Lynn McLaughlin. I explained to her the reason for my visit. ( Gas Leak coming from the gas tank ). she suggested it may be time for a new vehicle. She explained several options about a purchase or lease. She is very knowledgeable about the product and made my decision to choose the lease option easy. She made me very comfortable with her through the long process.

During the six years of owning a Volt, they have taken the time to show me and my son the underside of the vehicle and explain how the car “works”. I appreciate their knowledge and enthusiasm for new technology. Great group to do business with, and competitive pricing. I recently replaced the tires there, after shopping around the area - great deal.

- PissedI was very skeptical about buying a Chevy Cruze from Phillips Chevy. Hands down the worst vehicle I've ever owned. I have always been a Dodge fan but decided to try a Cruze for the gas mileage because of long commutes to the city . While the mileage is much better than a truck, the amount of wasted time and money at the dealership is not. I bought this Cruze in Feb 2012 and have had it in the service dept (not including oil changes) 11 times. The car is five years old. Absolute garbage. My most recent occurrence at this Phillips dealership was an oil leak. This was the tipping point. I had called the dealership prior to dropping it off about their policy on not fixing the problem yet charging for the work. They guaranteed success but as usually it was not. They took the car in for the last four days,charged 2300$ to fix an oil leak. Picked the car up after work, parked it in the garage and found a puddle of oil under the car after 10 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. Once I called them up and was transferred to Art he was basically no help. Zero empathy towards my situation. This place had no problem taking my 2300$. Absolute B.S. With no question this is the first and last time I will ever own a Chevrolet vehicle and while I have to deal with this lemon for a few more months any other issue will be brought somewhere else. Total garbage!!!! On a side note Dan K at Phillips was immediately helpful after I had to call up to talk to someone who cared. We shall see if the saga continues once the car gets picked up some day , who knows. Stay tuned.

- L MinettiI went in to have a regular oil change and an issue with door panel discoloration fixed on my 2015 Camaro. The oil change and door panel issue was resolved in less than an hour, each member of the service team was patient and understanding with me and quickly resolved the door panel problem. What I thought was discoloration was just a white stain that needed to be cleaned properly and Phillips removed the stain for me! Thanks everyone!
