I been coming to Phillips for 16yrs. Bought 5 vehicles in that time.WHY-because of their great service and prices they give you. When i came to buy my silverado i met this salesperson Brain Kramer. Wanted a specific Traverse in color and equipment. Robert Noir found one in Wisconsin and worked out a deal. Rami handled the deal when Robert had training and it went flawlessly. My wife had just had knee surgery and everyone helped her through the construction with minimal hardship. Considering the tent the sales staff has to work in, they went the extra mile to keep it as simple as possible. We couldn't be happier with the new Traverse; It's a great vehicle. On an extra note; Phillips service department went above and beyond when health issues kept me from picking up my car. They kept it for me on the lot, then rewashed it and delivered it to my house. I have been shopping for a new Chevrolet Equinox for approximately 6 weeks, I researched the Equinox extensively and knew exactly what I wanted. I had been to 3 different dealerships each not able to provide to me what I was looking for, Instead of being honest with me and explaining that at the end of the year it was difficult to find what I wanted each said they would look for what I wanted and would call me. Being a retired sales person I expected that they would call me but in each case I had to call them back, which is my pet peeve. In fact after going into showrooms and seeing how laid back and disinterested the sales men when I walked in I had the feeling that I was ignore because I was a woman. Honestly I didn't see how they could make a living. However once I called Phillips Chevrolet I was impressed with the entire sales force, the computer sales person called me back as soon as he located the vehicle I wanted and it was available immediately and an appointment was set up. As soon as I arrived I was impressed with the immediate attention given to me. The computer sales person Jeff Mitchell introduced me to Sam Darwish. Sam was professional honest and I would recommend him to any of my family or frends. I was introduced to the manager of the service department, I found that courtesy to be very creative of the Phillips Sales persons. Over all Fantastic!!! 3rd car my family has bought here since 2009! The 4 in quality of work was mainly due to the remodeling. She was able to show me the cars that I had described that would be best for me without attempting to show me something that woman, Jamie was great.
