I went to 7 dealerships including Phillips Chevrolet. I went back to Phillips and worked with Bob Brow. Bob Brow was the reason I made my decision to purchase my new car at Phillips Chevrolet. Bob is friendly, professional, and very informative and works extremely hard for the customer. I always felt uneasy when purchasing a new car, but Bob took the time to show me what I wanted to see and make sure I understood every transaction from showing the cars to financing the cars to follow-up. He has kept in touch with me to make sure even post sale that I am satisfied. I would recommend Bob Brow to family, friends and co-workers. I had clear idea of what the financials of this deal would look like prior to going in (the monthly payment ended up being 2 dollars less than what I calculated before we went in). Jaime and Mike from the sales staff were great. We had no wait time. They pulled up our first choice within minutes and we were off on our test drive. We both loved the truck and could not beat the price. My old truck was appraised quickly. The appraisal was fair and consistent with blue book trade in value. The purchase went quickly and we got a finance rate slightly lower than the 4.9 I expected. We were on our way home with our new truck in less than 2 1/2 hours and the dealership was busy. We were never pressured during the process and the staff provided us with everything we needed to make an informed decision on a pretty big purchase. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with the deal and our experience at Phillips Chevrolet. I would recommend Phillips to family and friends. More
