We took several months and visits to Phillips Cheverlot before deciding on puchasing our 2012 Equinox. When we finally decided on the color and options we wanted, there were none on the lot. However Daniel searched a 600 mile radius to try and find what we were looking for. Unfortunatly, the two colors (Cyber Grey or Red)were no longer being manufactured. We settled on the Mocha Steel with the two tone brown leather seats. Again, there wer none in the area so we decided to order the equinox directly from the factory. The Equinox was delivered to the dealership in about 6 - 8 weeks. We were very pleased on the look and feel of our new Equinox. More

First off, I drove over 3 hours due to the price of the used vehicle I purchased. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately when I got out of my truck. I had already worked most of the deal over the phon used vehicle I purchased. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately when I got out of my truck. I had already worked most of the deal over the phone (didn't want to drive 3 hours for nothing), and was ready to take it for a test drive. After the test drive, the paperwork began. My wife and I were pre-qualified, but after Matt worked his magic, we got a point better on our APR. This is where we hit a small road block (fully on my end), as my wife was not with me. After Rami spoke with the used car manager, explained how I had drive over 3 hours to purchase the vehicle, but my wife was not present to sign the paperwork, we were still able to hold the vehicle until we could both make it back on the weekend. Without this being done by Rami, I would not have a new vehicle now. I couldn't ask for him to put himself any more on the line, as nothing was "official" until we got back to get everything signed. I couldn't ask for better service in my opinion. Rami and Matt are the reason Phillips is #1 in Illinois, and why I would be willing to drive back for another vehicle purchase. Thanks again guys.
