I went to Phillips Chevrolet after getting so much info from their internet dept after requsting availability and price on a chevy traverse. Jeff went on and called me and suggested I come in and see thei from their internet dept after requsting availability and price on a chevy traverse. Jeff went on and called me and suggested I come in and see their inventory. I drove about 35 miles and got to Phillips with 3 kids sleeping in the back seat. Brian came out and was so nice. Because my children were sleeping he brought two vehicles to me and had me look at them. Soon after my kids woke up and we went inside and discussed price. They gave a good price on the Traverse as well as a good trade in value for my current vehicle. Brian and Radar also attempted to keep my kids happy by giving them ballons and a stuffed toy to keep them entertained while we worked out the details. They even discussed details to my husband on the phone. Less than 3 hours later we had a deal. They allowed us to come back on Monday to sign all the papers. Everything was ready when we got there. This made purchasing a vehicle with children so much easier. Also this is the shortest amount of time it has taken me to choose a vehicle, get a good price, and a good trade in price. They were so great and accomodating. Even after the sale I got a call back from both Brian and Rafat when I called with anything. This dealer was great. After much research our decision came to favor the Chevy Volt. The Volt had a charge that would last for the mileage required round trip for work without worrying about looking for a place to charge, and uses gas if the charge depletes. The shift between fuels is seamless, requiring no effort on the part of the driver. After noticing the Volt sitting in the lot at Philips Chevrolet we decided to go for a test drive and get information. Tyler took us for the demonstration which resulted in our down payment to hold our place until production. Throughout the months of expected waiting, we were kept informed as to our order status. Richard Porterfield notified us last month that production was begining and delivery would take about eight weeks. Delivery took little over a month. Assisting us through the purchase Richard and Sam Derwish made the process much less stressful than we'd experienced in the past with other dealerships. Following up with us frequently since the purchase, the Philips team continues to meet our needs while learning to enjoy our vehicle. More
