We had probably shopped at 10-12 different car dealers in our pursuit of a new SUV prior to coming to Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, Illinois. We had been comparing various makes and models for several days. Some sales personnel were more helpful than others. However, when we arrived at Phillips Chevrolet we felt the sales team really wanted to find a good match of a car for our needs and wishes. We drove both a 6 cylinder and a 4 cylinder Equinox and looked at the various colors and interiors as well as the packages. We finally settled on an Equinox LTZ in Mocha Steel Metallic with a 2-tone brown and black interior. Unfortunately - among the many Equinox SUVs in stock at Phillips Chevrolet - they didn't have this exact match. So they began the search for our ideal car. It actually took several days but they located a car and had it driven in from Ohio! We picked it up just a few days ago and everything is exactly as we wanted it to be. We are convinced that both Marty McKenna and Mike Darge went above and beyond the call of duty to find the exact car we wanted. We would highly recommend Phillips Chevrolet to our family and friends. Everyone in this dealership is extremely "customer focused" and friendly. My family had purchased 2 vehicles in the past from Phillips, and when we were looking for the 3rd we chose a dealer closer t focused" and friendly. When we were ready to trade that vehicle in, we definitely wanted to go back to Phillips. And we weren't disappointed. I agreed he should purchase the car then and there. The next day, we both went to Phillips and picked up the car! When we walked in, we happened to meet the General Manager Michael Maheras. He welcomed us to the dealership and showed us to Jeff's office. Since my husband had spent considerable time the day before taking a test drive and getting all the particulars about the car, I had to be brought up to speed on everything. Jeff showed so much patience explaining everything to me about the car! Jeff explained everything about the process and made arrangements for the car to be prepped so we could take it home. When Jeff went off to Service, we got to talk with Phil who explained all the ins and outs of On Star, etc. We really enjoyed talking with Phil. We then met Matt in Finance and he was also so efficient and such a nice, friendly person. Then Jeff took us out to the car and since I had never seen it before, he explained everything about all the various options. He was so patient and helpful, I really got very excited about the car! He is a very experienced Sales Consultant. Jeff didn't miss anything! He covered everything about the car's operation. It has so many amazing features and it could be overwhelming but Jeff simplified everything! When we left with our beautiful new 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ, we were so thrilled! We would highly recommend anyone visit this dealership. The people there are so helpful and courteous. The experience was terrific. I will tell anyone looking for a car to visit Phillips and ask for Jeff! More
