My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at Phillips Chevrolet. We have had trouble financing a car for over two years. Chris from Internet Sales was so thorough and patient that is why we came all the way from Downers Grove to Frankfort. We are overall quite pleased with the experience, but a little disappointed in the negotiatiing that went on. I know we need to haggle to agree on a price, but we got there a little after 7pm, said we wanted the car at 7:15 and it wasn't until almost 9:30 that we agreed on a price. We got home at midnight. If we could have had a less painful cost discussion, the process could have been smoother. More
