My experience with Phillips Chevrolet was a very good ,being that I just brought my first car which is a new Chevy Cruze. I went there to actually take a look at an older Chevy Equinox....But I w ,being that I just brought my first car which is a new Chevy Cruze. Once he seen my situation he was able to put me in a new Chevy Cruze which were his exact words plus car that I really wanted....I would reconmmend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone that is looking for great coumter service and not settling for just any car. Jamie was fantastic because she was very relaxed and did not put a lot of pressure on us to buy. That said, she did an excellent job of following up so that we knew she remembered us and wanted to sell us not put a lot of pressure on us to buy. When we were ready to buy it felt a little stressful (not the dealer's fault just that we were about to spend a lot of money) and we felt that everyone was super willing to work with us and give us a good deal. Two tiny gripes are that every time we pulled into the lot salespeople were standing around the front of the tent right where we wanted to drive and they were very unaware that we were trying to get through. That was annoying and happened more than once. I would reccommend to keep that area in front of the tent where customers are parking clear so that they can easily enter and exit the lot and park. The other thing that I did not realize until we got home is that my car is totally covered in Phillips Chevrolet stickers. It is kind of disrespectful to put stickers all over someones brand new car. I paid a lot to own it, and I want it pristine. Now I have to get the sticker off in the back and the one on the window as well. I am not interested in being a free advertisement for anyone. More

We went to Philips Chevy to buy a new Chevy Malibu and they have courteous staff from the sales to finance department. Sam worked hard for us and gave us a great price.
