I have purchased 3 Corvettes from Phillips over many years. Unfortunately, they have thouroughly discussed & dissappointed me. The overall buying experience at Phillips was OK. The sales people were friendly and always willing to make a deal. I walked in the dealership at 6:00 pm, and had a deal in place by 7:00. I didn't get into the financing room until 8:15, but the process was quick thanks to Matt. After all my paperwork was signed, I had to wait an extra hour for the car to be detailed. From the beginning, Rich listened to what I wanted and took me to the exact model I wanted. He was very thourough asking about what my needs were. When we we visited with Mike in Finance, he took time to explain all of the paperwork to include taxes, fees and etc. Richard took me thru each of these places as we went thru the purchase process. After the sale, I chose to apply undercoating and interior stain resistant to the seats etc, and the vehicle they gave me to use for a loaner. The cashiers and service personnel were freindly and efficient. I would recommend this dealership and it's sales and service team very highly to anyone. By the way, I bought this vehicle while traveling from about 2000 miles from home! I hope that I can find a dealer like this in my home area!
