We are overall quite pleased with the experience, but a little disappointed in the negotiatiing that went on. I know we need to haggle to agree on a price, but we got there a little after 7pm, said we wanted the car at 7:15 and it wasn't until almost 9:30 that we agreed on a price. We got home at midnight. If we could have had a less painful cost discussion, the process could have been smoother. More
