We walked away feeling like we got a "good deal". The wait was a little long to get all the paperwork done but we expected that. Eric checked back with us REGULARLY to ask if we needed anything, he offered us something to drink or eat, he asked many times if there was anything that he could do for our son. Once we finished all the paperwork, Eric showed me all the features of my car, he helped me sync my phone, he helped me get my on-star set up, and he really explained everything that my new car could do.
