I agreed he should purchase the car then and there. The next day, we both went to Phillips and picked up the car! When we walked in, we happened to meet the General Manager Michael Maheras. He welcomed us to the dealership and showed us to Jeff's office. Since my husband had spent considerable time the day before taking a test drive and getting all the particulars about the car, I had to be brought up to speed on everything. Jeff showed so much patience explaining everything to me about the car! Jeff explained everything about the process and made arrangements for the car to be prepped so we could take it home. When Jeff went off to Service, we got to talk with Phil who explained all the ins and outs of On Star, etc. We really enjoyed talking with Phil. We then met Matt in Finance and he was also so efficient and such a nice, friendly person. Then Jeff took us out to the car and since I had never seen it before, he explained everything about all the various options. He was so patient and helpful, I really got very excited about the car! He is a very experienced Sales Consultant. Jeff didn't miss anything! He covered everything about the car's operation. It has so many amazing features and it could be overwhelming but Jeff simplified everything! When we left with our beautiful new 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ, we were so thrilled! We would highly recommend anyone visit this dealership. The people there are so helpful and courteous. The experience was terrific. I will tell anyone looking for a car to visit Phillips and ask for Jeff! More

His prompt attention to our needs was an awesome quality for he cared & wanted to help us every which way he could, which he did. We left there & went know where else for our vehicle. We conversed a couple of days, gave Hani that call back @ bought a brand new 2011 Chevy Impala. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. We went in to look at some used cars and ended up with a new car that was good on gas and in my price range, I was not expecting anything like that. I thought I could only afford a used car. They worked with me until we came up with the option to buy a cruze. I took that for a test drive and loved it. They helped me out more that you could imaging and worked with me like I was the only customer on the lot. I really appreciate all that they did for me now I have a great car that can take me to work and not spend a lot in gas!!! I drive 105 mile round trip so it was very important that I did not get a car that was not good on gas. I would recommend my mother to Phillips and when it is time to get our next car we will be going back!!! More

We found them on the internet. They quoted an internet price and an offer of another dicount because of the holiday weekend and we got just that. They had the car that was quoted and with all the equipm price and an offer of another dicount because of the holiday weekend and we got just that. We would recommend this dealership to the person who does not have time to keep running around from place to place. You can pick the car and ask for a price that is the price "out the door" and you will actully get just that price. More
