I was so busy with work I couldn't attend to the preliminary aspects of choosing which model I wanted and working out the financing, so a dear friend of my mom's along with my mom took care of it for me. Daniel treated them with such kindness and respect. He treated me the same way. What make him and this dealer as a whole so extraordinary to me is not only their people skills, but their genuine desire to fair and helpful. From a customer standpoint they are golden. From a business standpoint, I was also impressed. Daniel and the finance department gave me a very fair deal. It's good business because they will have my business now for years to come and I am VERY loyal. Initially we went to Rizzo in Orland Park and the staff there were awful, arrogant, condescending and greedy. I was physically sickened. Philips in Frankfort was such a relief after the negative experience at Rizzo. I wouldn't only recommend this dealership, I shall probably give them a plug in one of my next books. Stay tuned! More

When we arrived to purchase the Traverse Our overall experience with Phillips has been great. First, Albion, was very helpful and very friendly. When we arrived to purchase the Traverse that I recived a quote for via the email, Albion could not find the car, and had to find a similar car. Only to find out that the Traverse I recieved the quote on was not in stock, but was due to be delivered. Second, everyone has been very helpful. The DVD system was installed without incident, however service forgot to vacuum out the back of the car where they did the work. When I dropped off the car, for service, the woman in charge of the loaner cars seemed very stressed and was not real friendly. The Traverse is due back for service on Tuesday to replace the seat cover, which was cut when the plastic was removed from the seat. I'm looking forward to another good experience. More

If it wasn't the exact thing I wanted, I was going to keep looking. On arrival, I was turned over to Hani Sahoury (Sales Consultant) who explained the vehicle to me in detail. His desire to please was very apparent, even after the sale was made. His follow up a day later was unexpected, but welcome. I'm confident any concerns I have would be resolved. I've purchased vehicles from this dealer before, but this was undoubtedly my most painless purchase. I would return and also recommend others to this dealer. More
