I was considering a new car right after Thanksgiving and went to many dealers with my dad. We came to Phillips and were greeted by Rami one of the salesmen. We let hiimi know we were just looking and wanted some information and would not be buying at this time. Rami showed us the Equinox I was interested and gave us the price information. We left and were extremely please that I wasnt pressured that day. Rami followed up with a call a few days later. Once I was sure of what I wanted, we set up an appointment with Rami to discuss my purchase. I was looking at an upgraded Equinox that was showing on the website but was sold. We showed up at the same time as another customer looking for Rami who did not have an appointment. He did a great job going back and forth between us. My dad who has bought many cars and is not a man to be messed with was even impressed. He told Rami he did not want to go back and forth on pricing and asked for a price on an Equinox that had just come in with the color I wanted. Rami came back with one and my dad did 1 counteroffer which was accepted. We filled out the paperwork and I wanted to pick my car up on my birthday which was 2 days later. Rami asked if we could pick it up Sat since he was off on Friday but since it was my birthday, he had another salesman Hani take care of us. My car even had the big red bow on it! The experience was amazing and I would recommend this dealer and Rami to anyone looking for a Chevy. More

I am loving my new Equinox so far. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Phillips Chevy staff that we worked with. We submitted an Edmund's online request for quotes from the Phillips dealership, and also Apple and Webb dealerships. Jeff Heda from Phillips was the only Chevy employee who got back to me via email. His response was quick and very efficient. He listed every model of Equinox on the lot and the options with each vehicle. He made it easy to find exactly what we wanted and in our price range. The other dealerships tried to contact us via phone, and wanted us to come in to their sites. That is not what we asked for. Jeff responded with exactly what we asked for. Keep up the good work! Keith DiSanto was our salesman. He was very polite, professional, and gave us all the information we needed for the Equinox. He gave a great demonstration of the vehicle as well. We would love to work with him again in the future. We look forward to returning to the Phillips dealership in the future. We will refer Phillips to anyone who asks! We were referred to the Phillips dealership through a co-worker, whose family exclusively buys from your lot. Now we see why!! More

Gentlemen, I wanted to write a quick email to compliment your service staff. I called this morning at 7:30am to request an appointment for my 08' Impala with a dead battery, I called for either Dan Kaminski your service staff. I got through to Dan, gave him my name & requested an appointment, he admitted your staff was very busy which I'm sure you were with the cold weather but in the same breath he told me to bring the car in & he would try to work me in. Sure enough at 2:30pm Bill Miller called & said the car was done & that the battery was replaced under warranty, now that was a pleasant surprise! I am the one who was quick to complain when I had some issues with the Impala when I bought it but that unpleasant experience was quickly rectified by your general manager, that situations resolution & today's prompt & courteous service is why I have been & always will be a Phillips Chevrolet customer! Marty was an excellent salesman. Answered questions, effectively 'encouraged' a decision, but respected my decision to evaluate other options. The only 'negative' element in the experience was an excrutiatingly long wait to complete the financial process. Waiting well over an hour and a half to pay cash for a car nearly turned a very positive experience into a really mediocre one. The sense that the dealership makes the customer a priority evaporates quickly when, once the decision to purchase has been made, the bottom drops out of 'customer service'. Finding a way to expedite this part of the process would be a good thing. The other input I would like to provide is that the Internet response to inquiries from Phillips is excellent. Where other dealerships simpy provided a form-letter response (we'll call you to talk about your needs), Phillips' response was specific, provided as list of available vehicles that met my stated requirements, and actually provided the quote that had been requested. This was the specific reason I came to Phillips vs the other Chevrolet dealers that responded with their generic replies. Jan Engle More

Everyone is always friendly, and willing to take the extra step to make you happy. They have an exceptional service department, very diligent in making sure the customer is satisfied and the necessary repairs get made. The dealership also is very clean, and well cared for, which is a sign of how they treat their employee's and customers. I wish every car buying experience could work this way, and I know I am not the easiest to deal with when it comes to sales. More
