I was so impressed with the purchase of my used car and the time taken to explain how their service department works I decided to begin having my much older vehicle serviced by them as well. Great people at Phillips !! Will buy from them again. We also had a call a few weeks ago from Tim Christ in service to let us know when we need an oil change, to give him a call and he would take care of us. This was the first time that I was asked what I wanted "not the only thing that I can get is this". I wanted a used car and came out with a new one with a 100,000 thousand mile warrant. Eugene took me on a tour of the dealship to show me the repair shop where I mat Jackie who was very informative on what to do if I needed repairs or just an oil change. She gave office hours and more. When my tour was over I went to the finance department where I mat YYY, he seemed as if he had my best interest at heart. He made sure all my paperwork was correct.
