My experience at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing was rather pleasant thanks to Philip Derkacy! It began at the front entrance as I parked my car. He was a gentleman from that point on. Philip was very accommodating throughout the entire process. He made sure I was comfortable by providing me with my coffee fix, water and a bite to eat once I revealed I was diabetic. As a result, I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox Premier from him. Thanks Phil for the “red carpet” treatment! More
