They said that it was the EASIEST vehicle purchase they had ever experienced, and have all commented (after the fact) they could not believe that Mike also followed up after the sale to check in and make sure all was as they expected. I promised each (in advance of calling Mike) that the process would be simple, fair, and seamless, and that is PRECISELY what he delivered. Let’s face it, the car business, just like mine (the Insurance business) is about relationships. The product (particularly in your business) is exactly the same, whether they buy from Phillips , Smith or Apple… With the advent of the internet, it is all the more commoditized. That is why the effort that Mike puts into everyone he comes across is so critical. I can assure you that each of these clients will go out of their way to go to Mike, and no one else, the next time they have a vehicle need, and of course will tell others of their “pleasantly unexpected” experience.
