Excellence. I am a college student, and finding the right car for me was a big deal. Desmond Johnson helped me find a car that met all of my requests within 10 minutes of my being there. And within a little under 4 hours, I was a proud owner of a used 2013 Chevy Malibu. The process was painless, and the dealership was so high end that I wouldn't recommend going anywhere but Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing. My family's vehicle is a 2005 Dodge Magnum, therefore I was unfamiliar with the new technology in my new car, but Desmond was very helpful in teaching me how to set everything up and having me working the car's features like a pro. He's very funny, upbeat, and enthusiastic about his work. If I wasn't excited about buying a car before, I definitely was the moment I sat in his chair.
