Great sales experience We picked out the exact Impala we wanted over the internet. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Nestor Urrutia. He arranged a test driv We picked out the exact Impala we wanted over the internet. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Nestor Urrutia. He arranged a test drive and we were impressed with the car and Nestor's helpful knowledge. He explained the new technology very well. Once back at the dealership we settled on the price quickly. We went to lunch and when we got back the paperwork was ready. We set up the OnStar right at Nestor's desk in comfortable air conditioning. Tom Kernagis and Bill Goldrick helped with the paperwork finalization. We left with our new car and we are very happy with the whole experience. More

2017 Chevy Spark I walked into the dealership to inquire about a buying a new car. Mike helped me out from the time I walked into the dealership. He did everything he could to help out my mother and I with financing the car. I went in for a used car and Mike talked me through the benefits of owning a brand new 2017 for a similar price. He gave me some great information on a past experience I had at another dealership to help better my situation. I appreciate all the help at Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing and will highly recommend the dealership to anyone. To complete my experience, I drove away with a brand new 2017 Chevy Spark. More

Needed Help Stopped in Phillips Chevrolet for info about a trailer hitch. I spoke with Barth Eastman & he took care of it right away!! While Ryan & his crew were installing the hitch they discovered a tire pressure monitor problem & repaired it. They washed the ar too!! The sales & service department are just great.
