Knowledge of Chevy vehicles. I normally just show up cash in hand when I'am ready to buy a car but I said to myself let's see what they have on the Internet first. The person I talked to over the phone was Andrea Robbins who was very helpful with all my questions. When I showed up for my appointment Barth greeted me & my wife as we walked in looking around. I told him who I spoke to & he went to go check for me. About five minutes he came back with one of her co-workers to introduce himself & said Barth would be my sales associate today. Well I'll tell you what this was the best experience I ever received at a dealer ship. I been a Chevy person for 35 years & owned about 6 chevy's in my life time & the sales staff were superb. After choosing a car Barth Eastman walked us out to the car & we sat for about 15 minutes as he went over every option & detail so by the time we took it for a test drive I pretty much knew everything about the car in detail -- talk about knowledgeable, it was great. Even after we purchased the car he explained how to use the Bluetooth & helped on-line with on-star. Everyone at this dealership was helpful. I will definitely go back when I trade my Dodge Journey for a 2016 Equinox. More
