Great people I have been dealing with Phillips Chevrolet for over 15 years now. This was the first time I worked with the Lansing, IL location. Our experience wa I have been dealing with Phillips Chevrolet for over 15 years now. This was the first time I worked with the Lansing, IL location. Our experience was again a very satisfying one. The Phillips team is always great to deal with. They know their product, have a good selection of the vehicles in stock - set up the way we like them. They're honest and fair, always ready to help out in the selection process, and best of all - you get the best price out there. We purchased 3 pick up trucks. Chevy had a program that offered accessory upgrades for free. Our salesman, Mark Peterson, had us work with Henry King on finalizing those upgrades. In no time we had it worked out. We were able to get all 3 trucks fitted out in a matter of a couple hours. The service guys got right to work and were courteous but even better they were helpful with suggestions on how best to use the products. We got side steps, bed liners and tailgate locks, and a couple of console adapters. ALL FREE including the installation. Owner/Manager Mike Maheras runs a great dealership. We've been dealing with him and his staffs for a long time. Basically, Phillips is where we go for vehicles. We have compared pricing sometimes, and Phillips beats the competition, period. As for quality, Chevy has it hands down.over the other makes out there. In 15 years now we've purchased over 12 vehicles, including some personal ones. All but two Chevy, and all but 3 new. Even on the used "other make" purchase of a pick up, Phillips has stood behind every one of those purchases. Even on one that was under Nissan warranty and Nissan wouldn't stand behind their warranty, PHILLIPS DID. That's why, in the end, we work with Phillips. Great people, honest people and fair pricing with service better than others. More
