My husband met Donna Lee after getting his car service and asked for her card. I called Donna to just ask a few questions and she requested that I go on line and pick a car I liked. To make a long story short I went into the Dealership in Lansing. Donna had the car I liked the Chev Cruze and she even picked out the color she thought I would like. Equinox Experience I went to Phillip's Chevrolet of Lansing on the final Day of the Labor Day Sale, I found a 2014 Equinox and fell in love with it. We did the paperwork I went to Phillip's Chevrolet of Lansing on the final Day of the Labor Day Sale, I found a 2014 Equinox and fell in love with it. We did the paperwork and I drove off the lot. 3 days later as I was driving to work a service light came on, needless to say I was furious. I called my sales Rep. Mark Peterson he asked me to bring it in as soon as possible. I was given a loner and very unhappy. Four days later, Mark called me and informed me that I would be getting a brand new 2015 Equinox. Two days later I was back at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing driving off in my new SUV. They truly want their customers to be Happy and completely satisfied. More
