Another good experience was had with Henry King for after market sales, and Tom Kernagis of finance. They took their time to make sure I understood the products that they were offering. There was no pressure to buy anything at all. The working atmosphere here seemed family like which is enjoyable to see. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More

Great finish to a bad day I started out Sat on the way to Oklahoma to visit my husband. We made to New Lenox & I got a flat tire. Our 2 vehicles are very old & we have run them to the ground..literally. 3 hours later, spare on & home, I headed to your dealership. While I was waiting for road side assistance, my husband went online to search for a new car. when I walked in to the dealership Jim Wengren met me at my car in the PARKING LOT with a smile & friendly handshake. We test drove a beautiful white Equnix. I now call her MINE. Jim drove to my house to pick up my other vehicles for trade in. As I pulled out of my subdivision, the steering went out. JIm quickly turned around and assisted me in getting that old car to a safe parking lot. Even though it was very busy at your store, I was moved along quickly & efficiently. at 1 point I offered to sit in the TV waiting area to open a space, & Jim reminded me, NO, you're my customer. This is your spot. Henry King was through in explaining all of the extra add ons that I could purchase and checking to see how much it would raise my already under budget car payment. Tom, The fInance & extended warranty guru had a lot in common with me. My husband's name is Tom & his daughter's name is Cassandra. He also explained all of my warranty options and helped me pick out the 1 that best matched my needs & lifestlyes. Toward the very end, which at this point was after closing time, Jim set up my On Star account with me & went over every extra and safety feature in my new car. We bought our last Impala at this dealership and have always been impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. He was very thorough as he explained the bells and whistles of our new car. I appreciate that he was willing to stay the extra hours it took to complete the sale. (the car had to be brought from Frankfort). Tom was very informative about the options that were available to us, and was able to find us the best financing available for us.
